Melissa Soldan

Hi! I am Melissa Soldan - trying to be a "cool mom." I grew up in Kansas City and came to K-State in 2001. I fell in love with the Manhattan community and have been here ever since. In my fun time, I own a children's clothing boutique and volunteer in various roles in the community. Professionally, I work in Development for Big Brothers Big Sisters, I love sharing the story of mentorship and how we can support youth in our community. My husband, Daryn, and I will celebrate 10 years together this October and have two children - a 7 yr old daughter (Alvy) and 18 month old son (Bobby). Our family loves going on adventures, enjoying Fancy Coffee FriYAY, golfing, and all the fun events and activities to explore in the Flint Hills and surrounding areas.
