Bison, Beef and Bourbon

Grab your boots and hats to join us for an evening of Bison, Beef, and Bourbon starting at 6:00 pm. This year we will be holding our event at Liquid Art Winery and Estate, 1745 Wildcat Creek Road.
Begin your evening of fun with a trail of signature cocktails made from Horse Soldier Bourbon and Boot Hill Distillery, along with hors d’oeuvres. Followed by a wonderful meal filled with bison and beef creations from Kite’s Aggieville Drafthouse. Craft beer from Radius Brewing in Emporia, along with a selection of complimentary wine and cider from Liquid Art will also be avilable. Live entertainment featuring Manhattan’s own Grateful Dudes will entertain the crowd beginning at 7:15. Guests will also be able to bid on unique and exclusive items in our silent and live auction throughout the evening.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Flint Hills Discovery Center youth education programs.
Must be 21 to attend.
